The power of Paciolan iQ is now more accessible than ever, thanks to the brand new Paciolan iQ Attribute custom data object (CDO) in Eloqua. By working with your dedicated iQ analyst, any custom score, value, or calculation built in iQ can be passed back to Eloqua automatically.

Using a real world example, the University of Michigan and the iQ team recently developed a custom basketball affinity score to segment fans based on their likelihood to renew season tickets. During the renewal period, the team needed to go from dashboard to action. The new Eloqua CDO eliminated all of the time spent downloading and sifting through lists and managing multiple points of contact across departments. The scores were synced automatically into Eloqua where they could be used for customized messaging tailored specifically to each unique affinity score group.

The uses for this CDO go beyond just affinity scores. Other examples of values you might want to pass include -
custom distance calculations for geotargeted emails
lifetime spend calculations to celebrate your patron's milestone purchases
appended third party information such as campus wealth screening information or total merchandise spend
Additionally, once these values are in Eloqua, you can utilize the native Salesforce connector within the platform to pass these values to Salesforce for further action or segmentation.
This CDO is available today in Eloqua for all Paciolan iQ clients. If you have questions or are ready to start leveraging your insights, reach out to your marketing automation contact or iQ analyst today!
