UNH Partners with Paciolan to Introduce New Ticket System on July 1

Wildcat fans will enjoy enhanced ticketing partnership with collegiate mobile ticketing leader


DURHAM, N.H. & IRVINE, Calif. – UNH Athletics and Paciolan, the leading mobile ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solution provider for college athletics, announced a partnership launching  Monday, July 1, that will enhance the fan experience for all Wildcat events at Wildcat Stadium, Lundholm Gym, the Whittemore Center at Key Auto Group Complex, and all events campus-wide.


The Paciolan platform, accessible via UNHWildcats.com, will feature an easy-to-navigate, user-friendly functionality that will facilitate ticket buying and gift giving for Wildcat fans, alumni, and donors.

Wildcat fans will see improvement in the complete ticket-purchasing process for football, men’s and women’s hockey, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s soccer, and gymnastics events. Digital technology will enable guests to purchase mobile tickets, receive them instantly via text, and scan their mobile tickets at the venue.


Paciolan will also offer comprehensive ticketing, marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) technology to help UNH Athletics gain fan insights and build personalized customer programs.

Powered by Paciolan’s custom implementation of Salesforce and CRM administrative services, UNH will gain a 360-degree view of each fan’s purchase, donor, engagement, and attendance information. UNH will also tap into Paciolan’s email marketing solution to enable fans to receive tailored marketing emails alerting them of upcoming events and offers based on their affinities, interests, and previous transactions.


Through this partnership, Paciolan will also support ticketing and marketing solutions for all non-UNH Athletics events at the Whitt, Wildcat Stadium, and all venues campus-wide, including graduations, concerts, shows, and more.
